We collect device data from your device components, such as your Unique Device ID (UDID), system clock information and geo-location information.

You may provide us feedback or troubleshooting information by sending us an Inquiry, sending us an e-mail to any of our designated addresses or by other methods provided on the Service, leaving reviews in the app store or any other form of communication. Where there is no longer a need to retain your personal information, such information will be deleted by us.
We implement measures to reduce the risks of damage, loss of information and unauthorized access or use of information, by keeping the information stored in the AWS RDS servers in Oregon and Ireland. However, these measures do not provide absolute information security. Therefore, although efforts are made to secure your personal information, it is not guaranteed, and you cannot expect that the Service will be immune from information security risks.
Utilis Israel Ltd., Utilis, Inc., Utilis SAR Ltd and Utilis Japan are joint data controllers for the purposes of the personal data we process via the Service.

We do not knowingly collect information or data from children under the age of 18 or knowingly allow children under the age of 18 to use the Service.
